My name is Julio Molina and I am a musician from Granada (Spain).
I create a music that is always born from experimentation and a search for moments of ineffability. To achieve this, I am constantly working with coding, diy electronics, experimental lutherie, field recordings and sampling, while embracing intuition, errors and destruction as elements that guide my creative process.
During years I have mainly worked on acousmatic compositions. However, recently I have started to focus more on live performance and improvisation. I am currently developing the EAI / noise duo Les Catapultes de Nepomuk and the electronic no-wave band Iannis Anisakis as well as developing my own live solo project.
I also work as a music teacher, mainly in the fields os music production and sound art.
